8. Data retention period

Champagne Henriot processes the collected Data for a specified period, depending on the purposes for which they are processed, which does not exceed the necessary processing period. 

Identification data, used for sending commercial and operational communications, will be retained for a period of 3 years from their collection or the user's last contact with Champagne Henriot. Before the expiration of this period, Champagne Henriot may contact the user to determine if they agree to continue receiving communications from Champagne Henriot. At the end of the 3-year period, Champagne Henriot will delete the user's Data. The Data will be destroyed within a maximum period of one (1) month from the user's unsubscribe request. 

Connection logs collected subject to user consent, as part of the use of cookies and other trackers set up on the Website, will be kept in accordance with applicable regulations for a period not exceeding thirteen (13) months.
